Missed appointments waste surgery time that could be used by other patients who potentially are on the waiting list.
In line with Practice Policy, if a patient were to fail 2 times consequently within a year we may no longer be able to provide you with dental treatment on the NHS.
We take complaints very seriously, and try to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience at Broadway Dental Studio. We aim to treat all concerns promptly, confidently and in a courteous manner. Please ask for the practice manager, or express your concerns in writing or email addressed to the manager. We can also supply you with our Practice Complaints Procedure, which would give us the best chance to correct whatever has gone wrong and an opportunity to improve our service to you.
